My Yoga Philosophy
I truly believe in the benefits of a regular yoga practice for contributing to the well-being of mind and body in the long run. Yoga should support us to move and feel well in our everyday live. Yoga requires patience and consistency to make positive change happens.
I am teaching Svastha yoga, the name given by A. G. Mohan and Indra Mohan to the classical yoga as taught by Sri Krishnamacharya. The name Svastha means reaching a state of harmony in terms of well-being. The main focus is not necessarily on achieving perfect asanas (postures), but rather on discovering more beneficial ways to move and breathe, to take care of our body and foster a calmer mind. What I really appreciated in the Svastha yoga training led by Nitya Mohan (daughter of A.G. and Indra Mohan), is that this curriculum is combining references to ancient wisdom of yoga and modern science.
My classes are an invitation to slow down. To take the time to (re)connect with our body, truly feel each movement, and harness the power of our breath to support our practice.
To know more about the type of yoga I am teaching and if you are curious about the origin of yoga, I can recommend you this book: Yoga reminder: Lightened Reflections, written by A.G. Mohan, with his son Dr. Ganesh Mohan (formally trained in both modern medicine and Ayurveda). It is a very short and pleasant read.
Yoga is a gentle practice to support mobility and well-being. By combining gentle movements with mindful breathing, it helps strengthen muscles, improve balance and flexibility, reduce tension and develop a sense of inner peace.
My yoga classes are slow-paced and gentle. However, please consult your doctor before beginning any yoga practice.

One-to-one class at €40 ($60)
Package of 4 one-to-one sessions: €140 ($200)*
One-hour yoga class each week, tailored to your needs and pace. In addition to this weekly session, I create a personalized daily routine for you that you can easily integrate into your daily life. My goal is to help you practice regularly, in your own way, to maintain lasting well-being and progress at your own pace.
Feel free to contact me as well if you would like to organise customised sessions for your family or for a group of friends. We can discuss this further.
