"LA NATURE INTÉRIEURE has been created with the desire to teach Yoga as part of a more general well-being approach. My goal is to create a space for individuals to slow down, to take a side step, to (re)connect.

All About Me

My name is Julie, I am French but I've been living in Singapore for more than 10 years now. I developed LA NATURE INTÉRIEURE after turning 40 years old. . Previously, I worked as a business consultant for some time. In 2021, I obtained my certification as a Yoga Teacher from the Svastha Yoga Teacher Training, which is a 200-hour program registered with Yoga Alliance. To know more about the way I am practicing and teaching yoga, you can refer to My Yoga Philosophy page, 100% inspired from the way I learned yoga from my teachers Nitya Mohan and Sabine.

Since my yoga training, I have been teaching yoga to small groups and in corporate settings. I am always curious to learn new teaching methods and deepen my own practice. I aim to bring yoga to people who feel they are too old or too busy to care for themselves. Yoga, to me, is not about fancy or complicated postures. It's about slowing down,  and investing in our well-being. For aging gracefully. For being more mindful.

My interest in overall well-being extends beyond yoga, which is why I am trained to teach mindfulness and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor in Psychology. I am particularly interested in 3 topics: connecting yoga and psychology, preparing for aging well, supporting better stress and anxiety management (for people facing these challenges). I try to explore these topics in my blog, but I am not posting really often.
